- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future appointments.

- Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.
- Additional charges may apply for nail repairs, design complexity, or premium products.
4. Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions may pose health risks.
- All tools and equipment are sanitized between clients.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee

- Please notify us immediately if you are not satisfied with your service.
- Adjustments must be requested within 48 hours of service.
6. Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
- Please keep valuables secure during your visit.

- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- We appreciate a quiet and relaxing environment for all clients.
8. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
